Overview
We are hiring dynamic, energetic and passionate candidates for the position of Chartered Accountancy (CA). As a Chartered Accountant (CA) at KEC International Limited, you will be responsible for:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis
- Preparing financial models and conducting profitability analysis for projects.
- Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities to enhance financial efficiency.
2. Audit and Compliance
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including tax laws and corporate governance regulations.
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors during audit cycles.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations (e.g., IFRS, Ind-AS).
3. Taxation
- Managing direct and indirect tax processes, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
- Advising on tax-efficient practices for domestic and international operations.
4. Treasury and Risk Management
- Overseeing cash flow management and fund allocation for projects.
- Assessing and mitigating financial risks associated with operations.
- Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
5. Business Support
- Supporting project teams with financial insights for decision-making.
- Analyzing financial implications of new ventures and expansions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial stability.
Skills and Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAI.
- 3–7 years of relevant work experience in the infrastructure or EPC industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in ERP software like SAP.
- Experience in multinational or multi-location financial operations.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented approach with leadership capabilities.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,00,000 – ₹14,00,000 per annum (depending on experience and expertise).
