Overview
Cigna Healthcare Middle East is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Configuration Analyst to join our team. The role involves managing system configurations, optimizing healthcare plan setups, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration:
- Analyze business requirements to configure and maintain healthcare systems accurately.
- Implement and test new plan designs, pricing structures, and network configurations.
- Data Management:
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of configuration data within the system.
- Regularly update and audit system configurations to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Problem-Solving:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address system errors or performance bottlenecks.
- Process Improvement:
- Develop and document processes to ensure efficient configuration management.
- Proactively identify areas for system and process optimization.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment of systems.
- Provide detailed reporting on configuration activities, changes, and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in system configuration, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Proficiency in working with configuration management tools and healthcare systems (e.g., claims processing, benefit administration).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations in the Middle East region.
- Experience with tools like SQL, Oracle, or cloud-based configuration platforms.
- Certification in ITIL or relevant frameworks.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $50,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
