Overview
We are hiring energetic candidate for the position of Front office supervisor at Conrad Bahrain Financial Harbour. The Front Office Supervisor ensures the seamless operation of the front desk, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining Hilton’s high standards of hospitality. You will oversee the daily activities of the team, ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures, and resolve guest concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Supervise the front office team to deliver personalized and professional service.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure VIP arrivals and special occasions are managed with attention to detail.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee check-in, check-out, and room assignment processes to maintain efficiency.
- Monitor daily front desk operations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues.
Team Leadership
- Train, coach, and mentor front desk team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare work schedules and manage shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
Financial Accountability
- Process payments accurately and manage cash transactions responsibly.
- Reconcile accounts at the end of each shift and report discrepancies.
- Promote hotel services and upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or a similar role in a luxury hotel.
- Strong understanding of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
