Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent for our hotel operations and administrative teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right fit for each role.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates for hotel departments like housekeeping, F&B, front office, and administration.
- Job Posting & Sourcing: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, and actively source candidates using tools like LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Employer Branding: Promote ITC Maratha as an employer of choice through career fairs, partnerships, and online engagement.
- Recruitment Metrics: Maintain and analyze data on recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies, labor laws, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of hospitality job roles and requirements is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (commensurate with experience).
