Overview

The HR Executive will support the HR team in executing all aspects of human resource management. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management to ensure a smooth functioning workforce aligned with the company’s goals.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
    • Facilitate onboarding for new hires and ensure proper documentation and orientation.
  2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, resolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Plan and implement employee engagement activities such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Support in administering the performance appraisal process and assist managers in providing feedback.
    • Track and analyze employee performance data to identify training needs.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Coordinate training programs and skill development workshops in alignment with organizational needs.
    • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
  5. HR Operations and Compliance:
    • Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave records.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and gratuity.
  6. HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Generate HR reports related to employee turnover, recruitment, and performance.
    • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in HR processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    An MBA or PG Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.
  • Experience:
    2–4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: ₹3,50,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience).
