Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage the restaurant team, and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to resort standards.
- Monitor dining areas, food presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Create work schedules and oversee team performance and development.
- Customer Experience:
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing their dining experience.
- Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to ensure stock levels are adequate without over-purchasing.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and decor to reflect the resort’s luxury standards.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions, seasonal events, and special menus.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: PHP 50,000 – PHP 70,000 (commensurate with experience).
